CAM Center faculty collaborate with researchers in other university centers to address issues that intersect with aging to influence cognition and memory loss. This includes research on Alzheimer’s disease with members of the Center for Translational Research in Neurological Disease (CTRND); research on substance use with members of the Center for Addiction, Research and Education (CARE); research on chronic pain with members of the Pain Research Center of Excellence; and research on sleep apnea and traumatic brain injury with the Center for Respiratory Research and Rehabilitation; research on HIV with the SHARC Center for Translational HIV Research.
