CAM Travel Award Recipient Tamare Adrien Wins Top Methods Award at Alter Dementia Summit

Congratulations to Tamare Adrien on receiving a CAM Student Travel Award, which supported her attendance to the 2026 Alter Dementia Summit, where she also earned the Outstanding Research Methods Award for her poster presentation!

Tamare Adrien was recognized for her poster titled, “Blood Pressure and Diabetes Influence How Brain Health Markers Relate to Cognitive and Functional Impairment in Black and White Older Adults.”

Her work was selected for this honor due to its rigorous and well-defined methodology, as well as its clearly articulated research aims.
